A gentle tune-up for watches that run reasonably well but could use attention. Accessible parts are cleaned, lubrication is refreshed, bracelet or strap fit adjusted, and timing regulated within a comfortable range. Service 02

Movement Overhaul

A complete service for movements that have become unreliable or noticeably off-time. Everything is disassembled, cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, freshly lubricated, and reassembled with care. Balance and mainspring are reviewed and renewed if needed. Seals are refreshed and water resistance checked where suitable. Roughly three weeks.

How do I know which service my watch needs?

You are welcome to bring the watch in for an informal look at no charge. After a quick examination we can suggest which path makes the most sense — and you are never under any obligation to proceed.

Do you work on all watch brands and types?

We work with a wide range of mechanical and automatic watches — vintage dress watches, mid-century pieces, and everyday wearers. If you have a particularly complex movement or a piece that is outside our scope, we will tell you honestly at intake rather than attempt something we cannot do well.

How long does servicing take?

A light service is usually around one week. A full movement overhaul takes roughly three weeks. Sentimental piece restorations are quoted at five to eight weeks, depending on the condition of the watch and any parts that may need sourcing. We will give you a realistic estimate at the start.

Will you tell me the cost before starting any work?

Yes, always. After the initial assessment we provide a clear cost outline. Work only begins once you have agreed. If anything unexpected comes up during servicing, we stop and discuss it with you before continuing.

Is my watch safe while it is with you?

Watches in our care are stored securely and handled only by workshop staff. We log every piece in detail at intake — brand, model, serial reference, visible condition — so there is a clear record from the moment it arrives.

Can I send a watch in by post or courier?

We prefer in-person drop-off where possible so we can discuss the piece with you directly. If you are based outside Phuket or cannot come in person, please contact us first and we will advise on the safest way to arrange delivery and return.

Do you offer any aftercare once the watch is returned?

On return, we walk you through what was done and give you straightforward guidance on keeping the watch in good condition. If you notice anything that concerns you in the weeks that follow, you are welcome to bring it back for a look.
